Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account. Your email address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, the email and account id Google shares with us.
• Your studio. The ideas and messages you send your AI director, its replies, and the files it saves for you (stories, scripts, shot lists, prompts and clips).
• Your video key. If you add a fal or Google Veo key, we store it so your studio can make videos. It is only ever shown back to you masked.
• Visits. Which page was viewed, when, device type, browser string, language setting and referring site. Unique visitors are counted with a one-way hash that changes every day; we do not store your IP address in this log. Records are deleted after 120 days.
• Support. Messages you send us and our replies.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and your studio, including your 30-minute free trial.
• To keep the service safe: preventing abuse, enforcing limits, fixing problems.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

3. AI and video providers

To write replies, the content of your conversation is sent to a third-party AI model provider. When you make video, the prompts are sent to the video provider whose key you added, which bills you directly under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your ideas or films to train AI models ourselves.

4. Who else sees data

Only the service providers that help us run Tasee: the hosting providers that run our servers in the European Union, the AI model providers that write replies, and the video provider you choose. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• A trial studio stops 30 minutes after it first comes online and is deleted, with its files, about 3 days after the trial ends.
• Your account stays until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your studio and your data; backup copies expire as backups rotate.
• Visit records are deleted after 120 days.

6. Cookies

Only what the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. You can export your data and delete your account yourself from your account settings, or email support@tasee.tv. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live. See also our Terms of Service.

8. Children

Tasee is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
