Questions about your studio, your account or your data? Email support@tasee.tv and a real person will reply, usually within two business days.

1. Help with your studio or account

  • Export your data or delete your account yourself under Privacy & data in your studio.
  • Forgot your password? Use Reset password, or email us from the address you signed up with.
  • To make video, open Bot tools, then Video, and add your own fal or Google Veo key.

2. Email

support@tasee.tv for support, privacy requests, security reports and anything else. Include your account email so we can find it quickly, and never send us your password or your full video key.
